Derrian was playing with Koi on the floor and rolled him over resulting in Koi bonking his head a little bit on the floor. The video is nothing special but a cute moment between brothers. Derrian can pretty much doing anything to Koi because in Koi's eyes as long as Derrian is paying any attention to him, he's happy.
