Yay for us!

Just recently Kurt and I celebrated our 5-year anniversary! woot woot. It's hard to believe that it's been that long! Seems like LONGER! ; )

He got me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Everybody always said marriage was different than just dating. I didn't believe them. How could a tiny piece of paper make any difference? We're still the same people, we're still together..... Well, it does make a difference. You really do have to work at it. Try to always put the other person first. Kurt does an amazing job at putting me first, he gets an A+ for sure. It's really exciting to know we're a team, him and I. And no matter what life throws our way, we always have each other. Nobody and no amount of drama or b.s. is going to tear us apart. That's a good feeling.

Well, i must get back to cooking his lunches : ) He's out mowing the yard, koi is sleeping, and derrian is playing in his bedroom. We're going to go out to my mom's in a little bit when koi gets up. I haven't seen her in quite awhile actually.
