Alright, here's the deal. I've done a considerable amount of thinking about this blog. My aunt Rhonda is over-sea's with the Navy and just has no way of connecting with us for updates on the boys. I've decided to continue with the blog for everyone's benefit.
However, there are a few things. I think sometimes it's easy to forget that this is my blog, i'm the narrator. That means, things are from my point of view, that does not make them wrong OR right. It's just me. A lot of the times i find a few minutes, sit down, write something out, or post a few pictures, then i'm off to do something else. It's not like i sit and think everything through. I'm sure some people make take things wrong at times because it's always hard to "read" emotion or "hear" somebody's tone from letters on a screen. This is certainly not my intention. I'm just giving quick updates.
On that note, i hope to get some pictures going again soon because these kids are growing like weeds. I've been taking Koi to McDonald's to play with other kids and he loves it. Plus he always wants to "eat" just like his momma :)
Kurt should be getting laid off pretty soon so i'm very much looking forward to spending some quality time as a family, it's been awhile since it's been longer than a day that he's been home. He'll have about a month off, then it will be back to work.
Tomorrow the boys and I are packing up and heading to Duluth for the night. It gets boring around here and we run out of things to do, so i figured what the heck, the drive isn't that bad and then they can see Grandpa and Grandma Goossen. We'll be coming home Sat. morning (before the freezing rain) so we can be here for Kurt's arrival for the night.
