Kurt & Derrian

I took these videos yesterday June 18th. It was SO hot outside so we set up this little sprinkler we bought while in Duluth with money my grandma gave to derrian for his birthday. It was hot outside but the water was freezing. I didn't touch it or go in it but it was so darn funny i just kept telling them to =) . . . . enjoy!

This is my FAVORITE pose but it got a little blurry since he's moving around. But you kinda get the gest of it =) He puckers his little lips and streeetches.

Kurt and Koi

So i thought you'd all be pleased to know that kurt at around 1:30 a.m. got his first pee bath! lol apparently he was down on his knees (a little to close) changing his diaper and Koi peed on his glasses and it ran down the side of his nose lmao! ahahah is it wrong that i find SO much joy out of this?!?

Rhonda & Jerry

Okay, so as most of you know Rhonda & Jerry are going to be Koi's future Godparents come Nov. Well, they sent us their gift for his arrival, which i wanted to call and thank them for but Rhonda has this new assignment for the navy she's working on and i seem to think may have shut her phone off! lol =) SOOO, this is the best idea i could come up with because i'm sure she'll be checking this website. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!!!! =) The way i figure it you will be buying his diapers for quite some time! haha. Is that what you figured we'd use it for? probably not. lol but it's the best idea i can come up with! I might also get some more little mittens so he doesn't claw his face up.

Everything else is still going well. He sleeps alllll the time. Last night i actually got about 5 hours of sleep! Today kurt took derrian to my moms and used her 4-wheeler and they went swimming back in this area we always went when i was younger. NOW they're at Putt-N-Go and are going down the waterslide =) I guess yesterday derrian went up 23 times or something! I think kurt is going to buy him a season pass for it and then that way this summer when he needs some good exercise i can just plop Koi in his stroller and derrian can go as long as his little heart desires! =) What a good daddy.

My friend Laura and her daughter stopped over a little while ago. She made this little tiny bracelet that says "baby" on it =) so cute. But i'm not sure it'll fit his little fat wrist or ankle! haha. Either way, it's something cute to save.

I'm totally in love! =)

So i can't put this little guy down. His swelling is going down and he's starting to look a lot more normal lol I feel kind of silly now that he's here always wondering how parents love their second (or more) child as much as their first. Well, the second he came out...i knew how! I feel so blessed and so so very lucky. Suprisingly it's not 'weird' around here. Everybody has adjusted and it's just a normal life/family in this house. Derrian has been great. He was a little weirded out about Koi's belly button though haha. We've been trying to spend alone time with derrian - kurt the most- and that's been going good. Today derrian and kurt are at Animal Land feeding the animals. I'll be updating pictures as much as i possibly can since most of you can't just visit whenever you want to.
